CRAWFISH
Crawfish is one of popular foodstuff and you can try it anywhere
in New Orleans. But we can't eat it in Japan for sanitary reason.
So, we didn't know the taste of crawfish. These crawfish were
boiled with lots of seasonings. Little bit hot, but taste good
like a shrimp.
Crawfish pies are also available. <See
