HOW TO ORDER
To place an order, please copy and paste the artist name, the item title and description (if needed) from the catalogue, and send it to me by this mail form. I'll check the stock and let you know the total including the postage in reply as soon as possible. Don't forget to let me know your name, email address, shipping address, how you would like to pay, and shipping method (if not mentioned, I'll ship by regular airmail).
* Please allow 24 hours for a reply due to the time difference. If you didn't receive a reply to your order mail in 24 hours, the email form didn't work properly or my reply had been returned by your server. Sorry for the inconvenience but please try again in that case.
* Minimal order for shipping abroad - $10.00 (This does not apply to flyers)
HOW TO PAY
There are three ways to send payment. No cheque nor bank draft please. (Japanese banks charge more than $30 fee to cash a foreign cheque.)
Payment through PayPal
Please don't send payment before your order is confirmed! Send me an email first.

* PayPal service is free for the buyers and this is the only online credit card payment service available in Japan. It may take a few days to activate your account, especially when you live outside the USA. But I can keep your items until then.
* I'm sorry but I can't accept credit card payment except for via PayPal.
International Postal Order
I can also accept International Postal Money Order in yen but it's only available in limited coutries and post offices. For details, please ask your local post office. Make sure the currency is in yen (you can pay in your currency of course) and it can be cashed in Japan. You've got to pay some fee but it's a lot cheaper than bank fees.
Other Payment Methods
I can also accept cash - US dollars, Euro, UK pounds (no Scotland pounds) or Japanese yen. Bank notes only, no coins please.
To send cash, please enclose the money in a well-concealed envelope (money not visible from outside) and send it to the address below by airmail. I recommend to make it registered. If you send money unregistered, it's at your own risk and I cannot take responsibility for the postal accident.
NOTE: Sending cash by post is illegal! Don't tell the post office clerk that money is inside!

* I recommend you to copy and print this address, because so many people make mistakes in writing Japanese address and often Japanese postman cannot read the hand-written English address. (Nor can I. So please include your full name and address in your order mail.)
POSTAGE
The postage varies according to the item weight, country and the way of shipping. Usually a CD in fat jewel case to North America / Europe / Australasia by regular airmail costs $5.00. Please let me know your preference of shipping as well.
EMS (International Express Mail Service) Faster than regular airmail, be able to track the package, insured but expensive. 3-5 days to Europe/USA. Recommended for large and expensive items.
Airmail (small packet rate) relatively cheap and fast. 7-14 days. Recommended for CDs and cassettes.
SAL (Surface Air Lifted) a bit slower and cheaper than airmail. 3-4 weeks. Recommended for 12"s and books.
Surface mail the cheapest but very slow. 1-2 months. Recommended for very very heavy items.
Registration add $5.00 per parcel. (This fee doesn't cover the insurance but I'll give a full refund for a lost registered package at my own expense, though no registered package has been lost so far! )
I only charge the actual cost. No packaging nor handling fee!
If bare jewel cases are available in your neighbourhood, I can send the CDs without cases. It will save your postage a lot, especially when you buy in bulk.
SHIPPING
Item will be dispatched in protective packaging within 3 days after I get the payment.
RETURNING & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before payment.
If you cancel the order after payment and before shipping, I'll give you a full refund. (If you paid by Paypal, Paypal fee will be deducted from the refund.)
Returning
You may return your item within 30 days after dispatch. If you'll send back the item, I'll refund the item price but not postage.
Damaged Items
Wrong Items
Just send back the item, and I'll give you a full refund or send you a substitute.
Undelivered (stolen, lost) Items
Though it rarely happens, I can't take any responsibility for postal accident, if the parcel is not registered.
If the parcel is registered, I'll give you a full refund or send you a substitute after an investigation. I've experienced no accident so far by registered mail.
