CD4枚組＋ライブDVDの5枚セットBOXとして発売されたベスト盤です。CDはジャクソン5、ジャクソンズ、モータウン時代のソロ活動を 含んだ、全時代を網羅する内容となっており、未発表曲やデモ曲も14曲収録されています。また、初CD化音源や これまで手に入れにくかった音源(注1)も含んでいます。 なお、DISC4の"On The Line" はGhosts Box Setに収録されていたものとは エンディングが異なるバージョンにて収録されています。 DVDは1992年に行われたデンジャラスツアーのブカレスト公演(ルーマニア)を収録しており、当時この映像は世界各国にて テレビ放送されましたが、DVD化は初となります(注2)。なお、当初パッケージは黒の予定でしたがイギリス盤のみが予定通り 黒パッケージのまま発売され、アメリカ盤に関しては白色のパッケージへ変更となって発売されました。 アメリカ盤から遅れての発売となった国内盤(アメリカ盤と同じ白パッケージ)ではボーナストラックが5曲追加されています。

現在ではDVDが単体で発売(ライブ・イン・ブカレスト)されています。

注1:DISC3の"Someone Put Your Hand Out"はペプシコ社(PepsiCo)がデンジャラスツアーのスポンサーとして ドリンク類の販促キャンペーンを行った際の懸賞として日本国内ではCD、ヨーロッパではカセットテープにて配布されていました。

注2:アメリカ盤のDVDはリージョン1のため、通常のDVDプレイヤーでは再生が不可能です。 また、イギリス盤のDVDはリージョン2であり、日本と同じコードですが、 PAL方式再生対応のDVDプレイヤーが必要です。 パソコンのDVD再生ソフトではPAL方式でも再生が可能です。
