わたしは、このたびギターアンプ等を含むビンテージ音楽機材の売買を禁止する新しい法律を知りました。
わたしはこの法律において、とくにギターアンプに関連する部分の改定を、ここに正式に要請いたします。
要請理由は、これらのビンテージのギターアンプが直接人体にとって死傷をもたらすような害や、資産にとっての損害が今までに無かったという事実、そして日本には世界中においてこれらのアンプが多く集積しているという事実に基づいてであります。
それゆえにこれらの宝物であるアンプ類が日本国内だけで保管される状態になるのは世界にとって非常に残念なことであります。
この法律を改定させるにあたっての全ての努力に感謝を捧げます。

To Whom It May Concern:
I have been informed that there is a new law in existence prohibiting the sale of some vintage musical equipment such us guitar amplifires, etc.
I would like to formally request the changing of a portion of this law particularｌy pertaining to guitar amps.
My reason for this request is based on the fact that these vintage amplifiers have almost never been the cause of any death or harm to any person or property along with the fact that Japan has amassed many of the greatest collection in the world, therefore to say that theses treasures were to be solely owned and stored in Japan would be a tremendous shame to the rest of the world.
I would appreciate any efforts that can be made to change this legislation.
