Hiroko Matsushita

1936: Born in Hyogo Prefecture, but is raised in Tokyo.

1952: Warks as a model for photographer Iwao Nakao.

Is employed by "Tokyo Milk"Ltd. Obtains skills in developing

and printing at the companies' Photography club.

1993: After her two Sons get married and leave home,

Hiroko picks up photography again.

1995: Starts visiting clubs and begins taking pictures of

Hard core bands. Becames photographer for the punk magazine "Doll"

1997: Wins contest "SHITEN" with work title "Rock & Roll"

1998: Wins same contest again, the time with work called

"Hajikeru Rythm". Wins the senior photography contest

of the OSAKA ASAHI SHINBUN (NEWS-PAPER) with work called "Live"

1999: The photograph collection book "Hard Core" released.
