    LOS AIRES are the South American folk music group living in Kyoto.  The titile of the CD is "VIENTO BLANCO".  It means the white snowy wind blows from the Andes.  TERAI Isao, leader / composer (quena, charango, zampona) and HIROOKA Yasushi (guitar, tiple) play 11 songs in the CD including 8 originals and 3 popular South American songs like "El Codor Pasa".  TERAI says "I tried to make the melodies have a Japanese feeling.  Not only for folk fans, but so anyone can enjoy our sound".  This is the new South American Folk Music!

    Live album of "Peace and heart song concert" 2001 by HIROE ABE and NORIHIRO SASAYAMA.   This is the second CD for ABE, and is also second album for SASAYAMA.  It includes 10 original songs like "Afghan Seigan" and " Hachigatsu-no Border Line" plus 3 cover songs like "Heiwa-no Ryuka", "Subete-no Hito-no Kokoro-ni Hana-wo (Flower)" and Nepari folk song "Raesam Phiriri".
    This is the charity CD.  We send 500 yen per one CD to "Peshawar-kai" for medical relief activity in the Afghanistan area.

SUNDARI MICA "aashabadi" (CD)
     Sundari Mica was born in Ota-ku, Tokyo Japan. Sundari started music with a band when she was a student of Waseda University in Tokyo.  In her first trip to Nepal in February 1993, she was attracted by Nepalese folk songs, so she formed a band called [Sundari Band] in Japan soon after she return home.  And she performed Nepalese song in many musical programs in Japan.
