ラジオ放送用スタジオ・ライヴ。John Peel のＤＪ入。[1] などはアレンジが違う（この時点では "Green Bottles For Marjorie" という曲名）。[6] は歌詞違い（「Living In The Grey And Pink」[8] とは別テイク）。[8] は「Songs For Oblivion Fishermen」に収録されたものと同じテイクだが、イントロがわずかに長く、最後フェイド・アウトもやや長めに収録され、オルガン・ソロが堪能できる（「The Show Of Our Lives」の同曲と同じ）。Soft Machine のデビュー・シングルＢ面曲をダイナミックにアレンジし直した "Feelin', Reelin', Squeelin'" は２テイク収録されており、[10] は「Living In The Grey And Pink」[7] と同一テイクだが、「Canterburied Sounds vol.1」(Voiceprint) 収録のものとは別テイク。「Living In The Grey And Pink」では終盤いきなり切れていたのに対し、こちらではちょっと頭が切れてるものの最後の拍手と歓声まで収録。観客入はこの曲と[5] だけのようだ。[7] は頭わずかに欠けている。
ＡＭ並の音質でモノラル。所々音量が下がったりするが、「Living In The Grey And Pink」よりは良い。アルバム・ヴァージョンとはひと味違った演奏が楽しめる。特に Steve Miller 入の [9] は貴重。
2002年にリリースされた3000枚限定（日本盤も出た）ＣＤ「Green Bottles For Marjorie : The Lost BBC Sessions」で [1]-[4][10] が正式に聴けるようになった。音質は最高とは言えないが、ノイズが少なく、聴きやすい音になっている。John Peel のしゃべりはカット。
[10] は、拍手・歓声をカットして「The Show of Our Lives: Live at the BBC 1968-1975」に高音質ステレオで収録された。
