Born in Shizuoka, Japan.
1989, earned B.M. degree from Tokyo National Univ. of Fine Arts and Music (Tokyo GEIDAI).
1990, won the 2nd prize of "Band Mock Audition" in International Tuba Euphonium Conference (ITEC) in Sapporo.
1991, performed "Bagatelles for Euphonium and Piano" (world premiere) and "Concerto for Euphonium, Symphonic Brass and Timpani (Piano reduction)" (world premiere as piano reduction) / W.Ross at recital for M.M. degree . And earned M.M. degree from Tokyo GEIDAI.
1991, lectured and had a concert "About Walter Ross" at Japan Euphonium Tuba Association (J.E.T.A.) Conference.
1992, performed as a member of "The Euphonium Company" at ITEC at Kentucky Univ.
1997, performed "J.Curnow / Symphonic Variants" with Fuji Symphonic Wind Band.
2004.7, won the 3rd prize in the Artist Euphonium Division at 2004 ITEC in Budapest, Hungary.
2004.9, performed "J.Curnow / Rhapsody" with The Wind of Yokohama.

2004.12, performed "J.Curnow / Rhapsody", "G.Jacob / Fantasia" and "G.Puccini (arr. by A. Ito) / Nessun dorma!.." with National Taiwan Symphonic Orchestra (NTSO) Youth Band.
2005.12, performed "P.Sparke / Pantomime" with Tunghai University Wind Band.
2006.3, performed "Y.Ito / Fantasiy Variations" and "S.Yamasato / Minyo Fantasy" with Sirens Symphonic Winds.
2006.9, performed bass trumpet in National Symphoniy Orchestra's opera "R.Wagner / Der Ring des Nibelungen" (The Taiwan premiere).
2007.8 performed "D.Gillingham / Vintage" with Taoyuan Symphonic Band.
2008.5-7, performed "J.Horovitz / Euphonium Concerto" with NTSO Wind Ensemble.


Currently, teach euphonium at Tunghai University. The principal euphonium player in NTSO Wind Ensemble, Conductor of Chung Shan Medical Univerdity Wind Band, Taoyuan Symphonic Band and Taoyuan Symphonic Youth Band. A member of Duan Fu-Hsuan Euphonium Tuba Quartet. Also a clinician and arranger.


Studied euphonium with Takao Ishikawa, Toru Miura, Kiyoshi Oishi and Steven Mead.
